Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel through the available account or billing process. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid billing period and unused time or credits aren’t paid out.
2. First-payment refund window
You may request a refund of your first subscription payment within seven calendar days of that payment only if you haven’t started the Campaign OS strategy process.
Signing in or viewing Campaign OS alone doesn’t start the strategy process.
The strategy process starts as soon as you:
- create or save a business or service workspace;
- begin Business Research; or
- run any strategy, research, content-generation or Creative Review action.
Once the strategy process has started, the subscription payment isn’t eligible for this first-payment refund because Campaign OS resources, including AI or research capacity, have begun to be used.
3. Requesting an eligible refund
Email info@abovedigital.com within the seven-day period from the email linked to your account. Include the account email and payment date. Don’t send card details. We may verify account activity and payment records before approving the request.
4. Other billing problems
Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. We separately review verified duplicate charges, billing errors and material technical failures that prevented access. Approval depends on the evidence and applicable law.
5. Add-ons and credits
Purchased add-ons, top-ups, extra services and used or allocated digital credits are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise or a verified billing error occurred.
6. Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control how long the credit takes to appear.
